Hello fellow Encore Hustlers

It a sad fact that many employers actively practice age discrimination or unconsciously practice age bias.

Read this article based on recent polling data from the Associated Press about employee perception and experience in the workplace.  Are you amongst the 75% who claim that age is a negative factor in their current or future employment?  Or are you with the over 20% who have observed no bias or even feel that their age gives them benefits and respect with employers and coworkers because of their skills and experience?
